Sorry I won’t be able to make the reunion, but I would love to see any photos, etc. that result. I would also love to hear from anyone who still remembers me.

Hi Dennis!!

I am really enjoying the fun I’m having on this website!! Thanks for pulling all of this together–you and the reunion committee. I know that it must be a ton of work!! But it is going to be a blast when September rolls around.

I have a friend who was getting ready to attend his high school class reunion recently somewhere in the midwest.  He and his wife drove out to the location where it was to be held–some big, fancy hotel. They started walking around the lobby of the hotel to see which room  held the class reunion event.  When they got to the room where it supposedly was held, they decided to take a sneak peak before entering and then closed the door. The husband said to his wife,”THAT CAN’T BE IT! THERE’S A BUNCH OF OLD PEOPLE IN THERE!!!”

I think that this website is really neat. It is amazing to be updated like this about all of our long lost friends. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.   Mary Ann Paulic

Hi Andres, I think about you from time to time over the years and always hoped that you were well and safe.  I see that you now live in the US, that is great.  I will be looking forward to seeing you in September.

Your Friend,

Classmates I will not be attending the reunion. I will be in the jungles of Central America studying plants and coastal marine life. Have fun.

Hi Dennis,

After Andres and wife announced their attendance……we made the decision to come and I registered tonight. Thanks for organizing this event; Andres asked if the Sines sisters are in the area….I can’t possible guess why but do you have any hints on where they might be?

Best wishes,

John

Hi Andres,

How great to hear from you.  I can’t believe that you have sooo many kids – Congratulations!  Maybe you should be selling Columbian coffee!  I will look forward to seeing you.

Take care,

Kim

Hi Jennifer,

How are you?  I know, who could forget the Rec dances!!  What fun we had!  It will be so great to see everyone.  It is hard to believe that we are this old, I am still waiting to grow up.  My only wake up call is when I see that so many of my friends have passed away – especially Lauren, Lori and Carolyn who were my childhood best friends!  But we will celebrate for them, forever keeping them in mind!

Love,

Kim

Hi,

Thank you for all your hard work on this, I am so excited to relive some of my remote youth.

On the BHS website our class reunion is not memtioned but the class of 1965 is.

I would like to add Lawrence Short to the list of teachers that have passed away.  He was the choir and orchestra teacher at BHS for at least 20 years.

Thanks,

Marsha

Plus July 13:

Hi Dennis,

I am very happy to heard from John about the BHS reunion. Immediately I told my wife Roxanne about this great event and we have decided to go. Yesterday, we did the registration and paid the cost of the event. I was sad to read about our classmates who passed away, this is life. With my registration I wrote my last 45 years events since our graduation day. I tell you, my AFS year I will never forget, with my experiences with all of you and specially with the FRIEDMAN FAMILY were incredible.

So far, John told me that he was coming to the BHS reunion and we have plans so that our mutual wives can finally met each other.

See you at the reunion, take care.

Regards

Ing.  Andres Heilbron Andrade
